Return and Refund Policy

Walkora Wear accepts return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email info@walkorawear.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, with original tags, packaging and accessories. You may try clothing on indoors. Try boots on a clean indoor surface. Please contact us before sending a return so it can be identified and processed. Do not send goods to our business address without return instructions.

Return shipping and refunds

Return postage for a change of mind or a size preference is paid by the customer. We recommend tracked shipping. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, Walkora Wear covers the return cost and offers a replacement or full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. Original delivery is free, so no original shipping fee is deducted.

Exchanges

Bundles and multi-packs

The paid bundle price is allocated equally among the items. Returning the complete bundle results in a full refund; an eligible partial return is refunded according to the equal share paid for each returned item.

Problems with an order

Please report defective, damaged or incorrect items with photos within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. This request does not limit statutory warranty or other mandatory consumer rights.

European customers

Our 30-day return window includes and extends the applicable 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer protections.
